I have worked with Harvey at Wilson's on multiple projects out of St Louis. All of the cabinetry they have supplied me has been excellent quality and exactly as ordered. When one item was built incorrectly, they remedied it immediately. I will note that I have CAD drawings suppied by an interior designer, which obviously aids in the bidding and process. I'm not sure how they handle projects without CAD drawings. Wilson's comes to a project site mulitpe times in the St Louis area. They perform measurements and can drop off or pick up materials periodically. I've had some more complicated cabinet designs and it can be tricky to work with them without email, but we make it work. They return phone calls promptly, you just have to explain things to them over the phone. You will also have to supply some of your own materials (lighting, wire mesh) and coordinate with your other trades. It does take a bit of "project management" work, which can be tricky without email.
